At PREVAIL Performance, we’re committed to getting your order out fast and delivered reliably. Every order is packed and shipped with care to ensure your product arrives ready for performance.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable. We plan to expand shipping regions in the future.

If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any country-specific delivery charges

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

PREVAIL Performance is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, email us at prevailperform@gmail.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package/product

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Some PREVAIL products may launch as limited drops or pre-orders.

For pre-orders:

  • Estimated ship dates will be clearly listed on the product page
  • Shipping delays may occur due to production timelines or demand
  • Customers will receive updates if timelines change
